Dream states

 I just realized that having your phone in your face all day is another form of dream state, except we are ok.

Def a form of brainwashing.

We don't want to believe we are enslaved by a higher force, but we are.   They are just more subtle about it, no more raping or beating.   It's the mental slavery that Bob Marley was talking about in his iconic, Redemption Song.
