I never thought I'd wear Birkenstocks.    I think it's so cute how I used to be... 

I've learned to appreciate a shoe with a good arch.  My chiropracted journey has been amazing, I am about 7 months in.    In the 3rd month we did an exam and my spine had improved by 50%..The Dr was happy with that improvement and so was I.    I can feel a difference already, especially when I wake up in the morning.   Immediately wake up with my shoulders back and chest up, I'm straight as hell.  It's throughout the day I have to remember to not slouch.   I have a lot of weight on my chest so it makes it extra hard not to slouch a little.   What has been helping is me doing pilates 5 times a week for about 2 months now because it's all about with your core with it.   A strong core helps you stand up straight.   

I've noticed a difference in my body and now I need to hear that someone else noticed.  That's the saying in Pilates, first two weeks you notice the change and then the following two weeks everyone else notices it.   And then a month later you have a whole new body.    I'm doing the monthly thing because I also had to lose weight.   I haven't checked my weight in a while but judging by the way my clothes fit, I think I def shed a few pounds.    

These are my 4th pair ... good arches are important as you age.   Can't be wearing those $5 Chinese slippers anymore.
